Connectors for convoluted cable is an area dominated by a small number of specialist manufacturers, but sometimes these big companies are reluctant to help customers unless the quantities are very large.
So when a well known global cable manufacturer asked if we could supply a connector, which they could no longer source, for a specific cable type we jumped at the opportunity.
Our UK based engineering team visited the customer, developed a design and prepared drawings and a 3D CAD video to demonstrate how the connector is assembled on to the cable.
The customer response was the best we could have wished for and we have continued to design and manufacture connectors for other cables for them.
